Jazmin, Dainace Ghelssy Verbo and Luke Vince Virtudes who have extensive
knowledge and experience in customer service, management, decision making
and has great respect for nature’s great snack’s food, all of these aspiring
businessman/business women have the burning desire to make a difference in
there community.The owners have extensive experience in
management,customers service,and conflict resolution and quality
assurance.While each having unique personality and enough experience,together
they blend in teamwork,decision making,strong multi-tasking skills and work
extremely well under pressure.The owners want to make a change in the
community,bring the people together for a great experience in a simple yet sweet
stress-free atmosphere.The owners are planning for their business to be green as
possible,by serving snacks and drinks especially made from refeshing drinks.All
drinks are sweet and unique in taste and are a fair trade.Specialty drinks are
growing rapidly in popularity especially in hot season,while snacks are in
demand nowadays especially to the students and people with low income,these

the competitor’s product are drinks(shake),and snacks or appetizer; supply of our
products can be insufficient because of the supplier of the raw materials we use
as ingredients to our product this factor can be a high priority in the business
but on the other hand there can be a sluggish demands of the product due to the
result low supply and processing of the product.

affordable food and drinks. We are excellent in terms in service
because we wanted to share joy and happiness to the customers,
wherein they can choose different types of our food products and
different types of drinks.

We chose this business for we know that teenager nowadays wants to


go outside just to have a snack to their friends. Having this café is
also an opportunity to us, as entrepreneurs, we need to discover
something new and what kind of foods or drinks did students wanted

All students that are listed above are currently studying in Saint Michael
Academy as a grade10 students.They are the aspiring Senior High School
students of SMA. Even though they are not in the same fields of Academics, they
make sure that they can use the knowledge of Entrepreneurship in putting up a
business. This is just the beginning of our journey, someday accounting is one of
our guiding ways to our journey.
Production Plan

In processing our products, we used appliances that are suitable for


our products such as burger, fries, footlong and also we are offering
shakes with different flavours for our drinks. The Appliances we used
are Burger Griller, Deep Fryer and Blender.

As we prepare to serve the products to the customers, we hired


utility and cook for the production. The utility, he or she managed the
cleanliness and orderliness of our shop. We have two kinds of cook’s:
which is the hands- on and on- call cook. Hands-on cook is the one
who is always there in the café to cooked the orders from the
customers and the on- call cook, he/she is the one who we call if the
hands- on cook is not around.

For our suppliers in our raw materials we used to order to Montery


Meat shop for hotdogs, grinned pork, and raw fries. For our supplies
in bread bun we used to order in the bakery. And the others, we used
to order in the market which is available.
