on three exams worth 20 percent, 15 percent, and 25 percent, respectively; homework is
worth 15 percent; and a group project is worth 25 percent. Enter scores for three
students. Assume that Student 1 earns 100 percent (or 100) on every item. Assume that
Student 2 earns 70 percent on each of the exams, 80 percent on the homework, and 95

percent on Exam 2, 75 percent on Exam 3, 80 percent on the homework, and 70 percent on
the group project. You can use the weighted scoring model template, create your own
spreadsheet, or make the matrix by hand

college, university, or organization to find jobs. The system must be tailored to your
student or work population and be very easy to use. Write a short paper describing how
you would collect requirements for this system, and include at least five requirements in a
requirements traceability matrix.

Answer:
Collection Of Requirements
Collect Requirements is the process of determining, documenting, and managing
stakeholder needs and requirements to meet project objectives. The key benefit of this
process is that it provides the basis for defining and managing the project scope including
product scope. The inputs, tools and techniques, and outputs of this process are depicted

Interviewing

A successful UX design is especially dependent upon stakeholder involvement. They’ll

provide most of the detailed information you need to set the parameters of your
work. There’s almost never a reason not to conduct this sort of interview. Even when you
work closely and regularly with the big decision makers, you’ll still need to sit down with
them to understand their goals for any given project. If your project has stakeholders
who aren't on your immediate product development team, you’ll need to conduct
stakeholder interviews with them as well. It’s the best way to gather valuable information
about your project parameters.

Prototyping

Prototypes are project management tools that are used in getting early feedback that is
related to the project requirements. This is done by providing a working model of
the product even before building it. They are tangible models thus, the stakeholders can
experiment with it and have a clear idea what the product will be like.
