INTRODUCTION
The biggest and grandest Educational Technology congress is set to own the
spotlight on August 13-17, 2018.
EduTech Philippines 2018 is a 5-day congress at Avenue Plaza Hotel in Naga
City that aims to deliver ways on making education continuously be relevant in the
21st century.
It will bring together the education sector, innovative technology sector, and
other technology leaders to learn, be inspired, exchange ideas, and later on

GLITTERATI EVENTS is an all – round event planning company established
September 10, 2012. It is managed and owned by Redom O. Candelaria and it is
based in Naga City, Bicol and has branches in other major cities in the Philippines.
Glitterati events is a client-focused and result driven event planning outfit that
provides broad-based experience at an affordable fee that won’t in any way put a
hole in the pocket of our clients.
We will offer a standard and professional event planning services to all to our
individual clients, and corporate clients at local and national level. We will ensure

CONTRACT
This agreement is between GLITTERATI EVENTS and SHEENA TAN hereafter
referred to as client. Both parties agree to abide the following conditions:
Description of Services
GLITTIRATI will provide the following:
Planning
Executing
Implementation
Evaluating
Pricing and Payment Terms
The total cost of event management services that will provide by the Client is
15,000,000
CLIENT will make payments as follows:
A non-refundable down payment in the amount of 7,500,000 (50%), upon
acceptance of this agreement. Another 50% will be paid on or before August 17,
2018
Term/Termination
This agreement will terminate automatically upon completion of the services required
by this letter of agreement.
Changes/Cancellations
Any changes made to this letter of agreement must be made in writing and signed by
all parties If client cancels less than 15 days before the event there will be no refund
and also if the client cancels 15 days after signing the contract, organizer will
received the expenses for the working on planning of the event, which is 25% from
the 50% down payment fee.
Acts of God
If an act of God, such as a fire, flood, earthquake or other natural calamity shall
cause CLIENT to cancel the event, CLIENT will require payment only for the time
actually spent planning CLIENT’s event.
