Lac Action Plan

The LAC action plan of Villanueva Elementary School aims to: 1. Improve reading levels of K-3 pupils and develop comprehension skills of G4-6 pupils through various strategies like viewing, brainstorming and discussions. 2. Enhance the K-3 curriculum through lesson plan walkthroughs and applying evidence-based teaching methods. 3. Strengthen teachers' knowledge in classroom management and competence in teaching early grades through seminars on topics like formulating objectives and assessment tools. 4. Develop teachers' awareness on instructional materials to be used in the program. 5. Ensure the effectiveness of LAC sessions through periodic evaluations and assessments.
