APPOINTMENT LETTER
We take this opportunity to thank & appreciate your decision to join PIP MASTER
TECHNO SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED The location of your initial reporting will be
Chennai, India. The date of your Joining would be 20 September 2019
You will be on Probation for a period of 3 months from the date of your joining. On
Successful completion of the probation period, your employment with the company
will stand confirmed subject to the terms and conditions as per our Company
policies.
Your employment will be governed by the rules, regulations and policies of the
Company.
On the date of joining, you would be required to furnish photocopies of the Original
documents and other listed information in Annexure I. Please note that the
submission of all the documents is mandatory to complete the joining formalities.
The terms of this offer letter shall remain Confidential and are not to be disclosed to
any third party.
As confirmation of your acceptance, please sign the duplicate copy of this Offer cum
Appointment Letter and send back to us through email.
Any change in the date of joining needs to be communicated at least one week in
advance.

2. You or PIP MASTER can terminate your employment by giving at least eight
week’s written notice while under probation, or twelve weeks written notice after
confirmation, or such longer period as may be required under the statute. PIP
MASTER reserves the right to terminate your services at any time without
assigning any reason whatsoever in the event of professional misconduct or
breach of the clauses in our employment contract. PIP MASTER at its sole
discretion may choose to relive you any time during the course of notice period.
Please note that upon termination with immediate effect, you will not be eligible
for notice pay and salary is paid up to and not beyond the last working day with
PIP MASTER
4. You are entitled to paid leave and the local public holidays as per the
provision of the leave and holiday policy as announced from time to time.
During the 1st and 2nd year of service, you would be eligible of 12 working
days of leave per annum. On completion of 2 years in service, you shall be
eligible for 15 working days leave per annum which would be credited to the
employee on a quarterly basis.
5. You are required to return to PIP MASTER when leaving PIP MASTER’s
employment, all copies of any document and properly obtained by you in the
course of your employment.

6. During your period of employment with PIP MASTER and for a period of one
year thereafter, you shall not directly or indirectly, in connection with the carrying
on of any business similar to PIP MASTER’s business at the date of termination of
your employment solicit or do business with any client or customer of PIP MASTER
with whom you have had dealings during the year prior to the termination of your
employment with PIP MASTER.
8. You will retire from the service of the company on reaching the age as
described in the policy from time to time. For determination of age, the details in
the documents submitted by you at the time of joining will be deemed to be final
and binding
9. You will be governed by the rules & regulations in relation to all matters relating
to terms & conditions of service as applicable, enforced, amended or altered
from time during the course of your employment. You will comply with all orders
and directions given to you by the company and faithfully observe all the rules,
regulations and arrangements applicable to you.
10. You are appointed on the basis of the representation made or facts disclosed in
your application for appointment. In case of any fact or representation is found
to be wrong or considered to be concealed, it shall invalidate the appointment
and shall deem to be automatically cancelled.
11.PIP MASTER reserves the right to make changes in its policies, business, terms
and conditions time to time without prior notice

5. Last Six months’ pay-slip/salary proofs from the last employer.if any
6. Experience Letter(s)/ Relieving letter(s) from all your past employers including
details of period of your employment.

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

The Employee and the Employer wish to enter into an employment agreement
governing the terms and conditions of employment;
Term of Employment
The employment of the Employee shall commence on 20th September 2019 and
continue for an indefinite term until terminated in accordance with the provisions of
this agreement.

Probation
The parties agree that the initial three (1) month period of this agreement is
"probationary" in the following respects:
Either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time during the initial
three-month period without advance notice or justifiable reason, in which case there
will be no continuing obligations of the parties to each other, financial or otherwise. If
the employee has not been available to work the full probationary period the length of
the probation may be extended at the discretion of the Company.
The Employee shall be employed in the capacity of Administration, the current duties
and responsibilities of which are set out in Schedule "A", forming part of this
agreement. These duties and responsibilities may be amended from time to time in the
sole discretion of the Employer, subject to formal notification of same being provided
to the Employee.

Termination of Employment
The Employer may terminate the Employee's employment at any time without just
cause upon the Employer providing to the Employee the prescribed minimum notice
and severance pursuant to the Employment Standards Act or other successor statute
as amended and this shall be the maximum notice to which the Employee is entitled
either under the statute or at common law.
The Employee may terminate his employment at any time by providing the Employer
with at least two (2) weeks advance notice of his/her intention to resign.
Restrictive Covenant
Following the termination of the employment of the Employee by the Employer, with or
without cause, or the voluntary resignation by the Employee, the Employee shall, for a
period of one year following the said termination or voluntary withdrawal, within the
Province that refrain from either directly or indirectly soliciting or attempting to solicit
the business of any client or customer of the Employer for his own benefit or that of
any third person or organization, and shall refrain from either directly or indirectly
attempting to obtain the withdrawal from the employment by the Employer of any
other Employee of the Employer having regard to the same geographic and temporal
restrictions. The Employee shall not directly or indirectly divulge any financial
information relating to the Employer or any of its affiliates or clients to any person
whatsoever.

Confidentiality
The Employee acknowledges that, in the course of performing and fulfilling her duties
hereunder, she may have access to and be entrusted with confidential information
concerning the present and contemplated financial status and activities of the
Employer, the disclosure of any of which confidential information to competitors of the
Employer would be highly detrimental to the interests of the Employer. The Employee
further acknowledges and agrees that the right to maintain the confidentiality of such
information constitutes a proprietary right which the Employer is entitled to protect.
Accordingly, the Employee covenants and agrees with the Employer that she will not,
during the continuance of this agreement, disclose any of such confidential
information to any person, firm or corporation, nor shall she use same, except as
required in the normal course of his engagement hereunder, and thereafter she shall
not disclose or make use of the same.
Assignment
This agreement shall be assigned by the Employer to any successor employer and be
binding upon the successor employer. The Employer shall ensure that the successor
employer shall continue the provisions of this agreement as if it were the original party
of the first part.
Severability
Each paragraph of this agreement shall be and remain separate from and independent
of and severable from all and any other paragraphs herein except where otherwise
indicated by the context of the agreement. The decision or declaration that one or
more of the paragraphs are null and void shall have no effect on the remaining
paragraphs of this agreement.

Any notice required to be given hereunder shall be deemed to have been properly given
if delivered personally or sent by pre-paid registered mail as follows:
Interpretation of Agreement
