HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM(Data Entry For Doctors and Patients)

Abstract:
Analysis and designs of Hospital Management system is based on Java Programming Language.

A Project of Hospital Management includes storing the Doctors details and registration of patients storing
their details into the system and also Report Details and Patients Fee Method.

The main objectives of the system is which show and help us to collect most of the information about
Doctors and Patients services the system is very simple in design and to implement it. At the same time, the
correct use of it will reduce system complexity and improve software development efficiently and portability.

1. Introduction
1.1 Objectives

The Hospital Management System is the Java Application Form. This Management System decreases the
Time Complexity and Store all the data about Patients and Doctors in Database. The Management System is
like a Data Entry Systems as we know that.

1.2 Overviews

First we Run the Project we get the Main Menu. In Main Menu we have Admin Login Button and Reception
Login Button both. First we Log on to Admin Login After Clicking on Admin Login Button we got Login
Page we need to enter the Username(admin) and Password(admin@123) For Admin Login after this Click
on Login Button we got a Admin Section Page.

In Admin Section we have Three Buttons which is Add Doctors, View Doctors and Logout. If we Click on
Add Doctors the Doctors Form will be Open and we need to add details about the Doctors and submit to it.
After Submitting the Doctors details click on Back Button . If we Click on Back Button it will be open the
Admin Section and we can show the Doctors details after adding the data by Clicking on View Doctors
Button it shows all the details about doctors in the table Format After Showing the data of Doctors we Close
to it, and Click on the Logout Button.

After Admin Login we go for Reception Login. If we Click on Reception Login Button we got the Reception
Login page we need to enter the Username(taufique) and Password(taufique@123) for Reception Login after
this Click on Login Button we got a Reception Section.

In Reception Section we have Seven Buttons which is Add Patients, View Patients, Add Report, View
Reports, Patients Fee, View Patients Fee and Logout. If we Click on Add Patients the Patients Form will be
open and we need to add details about the Patients and submit to it, After Submitting the Patients details
click on Back Button, If we Click on Back Button it will be open the Reception Section and we can show the
Patients details after adding the data by Clicking on View Patients Button it shows all the details in the table
Format After Showing the data of Doctor we Close to it, The Patients Form Procedure and View Patients

Procedure is repeat for Add Reports, View Reports, Patients Fee and View Payments after all these
Procedure we can Logout from Reception Section.

1.3 Limitation

Every Project work has a Limitation which is inspiring for the betterment & future enhancement of the
project.

1. My project “HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” could not provide all the department of a
hospital due to the short time periods.
2. The detailed data of the hospital has not been provided by the hospital authority which maybe
considered as one of the limitation of this project

2. Introduction about existing Project

2.1 Overviews

There are several of Hospital Management System and they have many of Modules in there system like
Medical Management, Patients Management, Doctors Management, Report Management and Many More.

2.2 Limitation

1. They provide the software which take the time on that system for loading.
2. They have many modules to add the information about the Hospitality and manage them but they
have not much time to do many modules at a time.

3. Modules
3.1 Main Menu

If we run the project, after running the project it shows the Main Menu with two Buttons which is Admin
Login Button and Reception Login Button.

3.2 Admin Login

After Clicking on the Admin Login Button we got the Login page of Admin Login and we need to enter the
Username and Password for Admin Login which is admin, admin@123. Then click on the Login Button to
get the Admin Section.

3.2.1 Add Doctors

After Log on to the Admin Login we got the Admin Section. In Admin Section we have three Buttons Like
Add Doctors, View Doctors and Logout. Click on the Add Doctors to add details about the Doctors. This
Button Stores all the information about the Doctors in Database.

3.2.2 View Doctors

This Button shows all the information about the Doctors which we add in to the Database in Table Format.

3.2.3 Logout

The Logout Button Close the Admin Section and Open the Main Menu to Click on it.

3.3 Reception Login

After Clicking on the Reception Login Button we got the Login page of Reception Login and we need to
enter the Username and Password for Reception Login which is taufique, taufique@123. Then click on the
Login Button to get the Reception Section.

3.3.1 Add Patients

After Log on to the Reception Login we got the Reception Section. In Reception Section we have Seven
Buttons Like Add Patients, View Patients, Add Reports, View Reports, Patients Fee, View Patients Fee and
Logout. Click on the Add Patients to add details about the Patients. This Button Stores all the information
about the Patients in Database.

3.3.2 View Patients

This Button shows all the information about the Patients which we add in to the Database.

3.3.3 Add Reports

Click on the Add Reports to add details about the Reports. This Button Stores all the information about the
Patients Reports in Database.

3.3.4 View Reports

This Button shows all the information about the Reports which we add in to the Database.

Click on the Patients Fee to add details about the Payments. This Button Stores all the information about the
Patients Fee in Database.

3.3.6 View Patients Fee

This Button shows all the information about the Patients Fee which we add in to the Database.

3.3.7 Logout Button

The Logout Button Close the Reception Section and Open the Main Menu to Click on it.

5.4 Software Requirement and Specification

The Software or Project of Hospital Management System is Easy to handle. In this Project there are some
basic tools that is Admin Login Button, Reception Login Button.
In Admin Login there some buttons like Add Doctors, View Doctors and Logout, in Add Doctors we can
add the Doctors details and in view Doctors we can show the details of doctors and after we click on Logout
Button to Logout From Admin Section.
In Reception Login there some Buttons Like Add Patients, View Patients, Add Reports, View Reports,
Patients Fee, View Patients Fee and Logout Button.
In this Management System have some colored Buttons which attracts you to click on it ;).

7. Future Scope
In future Scope I have some new ideas to doing the management system with IOT devices to do something
