The Psychosocial Attributes and Personality Traits criterion in the comparative assessment of applicants is
equivalent to 5%.
As a Selection Board, superior, subordinate, and/or peer of the candidate, it would be appreciated if you
could assist in the process by evaluating the candidate’s ability to work and develop effective relationships
with stakeholders and exert a positive influence upon people.
Please spend a few moments to fairly evaluate the candidate. Write the rating you feel the candidate

Return this form to the LSPB Secretariat in a sealed envelope. Under no circumstances will the candidate
be shown the results of this evaluation.
