Mr. Ajay Shah, an IIM Ahmedabad (IIMA) Graduate, having more than 28 years of experience in Coal and Gas based thermal power stations, and Mr. Abhijit Shukla, also having more than 28 years of experience in energy sector design & engineering including Gas based power plant, are heading the company as a Directors. Both the directors are actually college friends and L D College Of Engineering, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, alumnus also.
