Re: SUSPENSION
Per administrative policy, employees are obliged to officially apply for approval of leave of absence (sick/vacation
leave).
Under the policy, the offense of Absence without Official Leave (AWOL) is treated with the following disciplinary
measures:
The record shows that you violated administrative policy on AWOL on March 2, 2019, which appears to be your
third offense.
You were given a chance to explain through a memorandum, issued to you on May 6, 2019. However, you failed to
submit your explanation within the prescribed period.
In view of the foregoing, you are hereby suspended for thirty (30) days effective, (suspension dates will appear in
your manning schedule). You are further warned that repetition of the same or similar offense will be dealt with
stiffer penalty.
