HOW TO FIND ITS A GRC SYSTEM OR NOT :


Go to the system : status : component information : check parameter :
GRCFND_A - V1000 - 0010 - SAPK-V1010INGRCFNDA - GRC Foundation ABAP

GRC CONFIGURATION :
1. First activate the application (AC,PC, ETC...).

2. ACTIVATE THE ICF SERVICE : INTERNET COMMUNICATION FRAMEWORK.


It use http, smtp … protocol. To activate the mailing service.
Tcode : SICF : This report is used to maintain HTTP services for HTTP communication in
the SAP System using the Internet Communication Manager (ICM) and the Internet
Communication Framework (ICF).

Go to tcode - SICF - HIERARCHY TYPE SHOULD BE SERVICE ONLY - EXECUTE -


EXPAND THE DEFAULT HOST - SAP - will get public, bc, grc there.
Right click on all and select activate the service.

3. Activate the BC sets : tcode SCPR20 - give the bc sets.


BC Sets : BC Set is a management tool that allows user to record, save and share
customization settings. BC sets are snapshot of customization settings that can be used
later as template or customization backup.
All the BC sets starts with GRAC*.
22 BC sets related to AC.

If you activate the BC sets then its not possible to role back the settings.
In video - GRAC_ROLE_MGMT_SENTIVITY.
IF already activated then select overwrite and export mode.

4. Basic configuration :
SPRO - IMG - GRC - COMMON COMPONENT SETTINGS - INTEGRATION FRAMEWORK -
MAINTAIN CONNECTOR AND CONNECTION SETTINGS - SELECT SAP - DEFINE
CONNECTORS - CREATE NEW ENTRY OF RFC.
NOW SELECT NEWLY CREATED ENTRY AND CLICK ON DEFINE CONNECTOR GROUP.
NEXT ASSIGN CONNECTORS TO CONNECTOR GROUP
CONNECTOR GROUP TYPE ALSO.
SPRO - IMG - GRC - AC - MAINTAIN CONNETOR SETTINGS - NEED TO ADD TARGET
CONECTOR HERE.
WHENever you create a new connector group in the application area it is must that
maintain the connector group status required for brm and arm .
