    PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT

    THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) dated this _____ day of __________, year _________

    Ar. Kurt Paulo Manalo of Blk 45-A L-13, Spinel St. Crystal Aire Subd. Brgy. San Fransisco Gen. Trias Cavite

    (The “Architect”)

    BACKGROUND:

    A. The Client understands that the Architect has the necessary qualification, experience and abilities to provide
    Architectural Drawings and Design Services to the Client.
    B. The Architect is agreeable to providing such services to the Client on the terms and condition set out in this
    agreement.

    IN CONSIDERATION OF the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this
    Agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, the Client and the Architect
    agree as follows:

    Services Provided by Architect

    A. The Client hereby agrees to engage the Architect to provide the Client with professional services (the “Services”)
    consisting of:
    1. Duly signed and sealed drawings (the “Drawings”) in Building Permit Processing Requirement format of the
    following:
     Floor Plans: Ground floor plan, 2nd Floor plan, Roof Plan
     Reflected Ceiling Plans: Ground Floor, 2nd, 3rd Floor Ceiling plans
     Elevations: Front elevation, Right Elevation, Left Elevation, Rear Elevation
     Sections: Longitudinal Section, Cross Section
     Details: Stair Detail, Doors and Windows Schedule
     Front Cover: Perspective, Vicinity map, Lot Plan/Site Dev’t Plan, Table of contents
     Signed and sealed Structural, Electrical and Plumbing Plans
     Scope of Works, Bill of Materials, Design Specifications

    2. Consultancy on the Architectural Matters of the above services listed under item no. 1

    B. The Architect hereby agrees to provide the Client with the services and agrees to be fully liable for the said
    services under the law specifically SEC.20 of R.A. No. 9266 provided that the Client is agreeable to providing the
    Architect with compensation under the following conditions:
    1. Duly signed and sealed drawings amounting to Php____________________________________________
     Down payment of Php___________________________________ upon acceptance of agreement
     Partial payment of Php___________________________________ upon acceptance of initial plans
     Final payment of Php___________________________________ upon Client’s acceptance of duly
    signed and sealed drawings.
    2. Revisions shall be waived from additional compensation if said revisions are requested by Client prior to
    Client’s approval to produce the signed and sealed hardcopies of the drawings. Any signed and sealed
    revisions requested after signed and sealed hardcopies are produced from the drawings, shall be subject to
    a separate costing that will be agreed upon by the Client and the Architect.
    3. The total amount of this agreement shall be deducted as a discount to the total amount of the construction
    cost, given the Client allows the Architect to bid directly or indirectly for the project
