 Deals with the important aspects of organizational behavior
 How overall environment of an organization affects behaviors in an organization
 How interpersonal relationships affects the behaviors with in the organizations
 Roles that are played by work-based relationships within an organization having an
effect on overall productivity of the employees

Important aspects of organizational behavior

People/ Employee
 The employee is one of the very important parts of an organization. There is no any
alternative in an organization without employee/people

Structure
 Structure means the formal relationship with on the job employee of an organization
 There is created different types of position for doing work nicely in the organization

Technology
 is a very important primary aspect of organizational structure in the modern age.
Technology supplies essential resource and equipment to the employee for doing
their work efficiently

Social System
 Everything around us is society and everyone in the social lives together. The social
system determines the organizational work environment and from which the
organization can operate
 As people cannot live alone just like organization cannot run alone its job

Environment
 There is no any organization where they can survive alone. Every organization has to
work on
the internal and external environment.
 Management has to come near to all the staff to maintain a good working
environment.

 Deals with the individual behaviors seen in the organizations and roles played by
these individual behaviors in affecting organizational behavior.
 Attitudes that are displayed by the employees within an organization including
personality traits
 Motivations given to the employees
Includes:
Motivation of Learning, working and being more committed to the work
 Impacts and importance of rewards given to the employees for better work
performance
 Roles played by management of stress and decision making in workplace by
managers
 Roles played by leadership models being followed in an organization
 Roles played by leadership models being followed in an organization, culture of the
organization, organizational design.
 Important factors that can affect organizational changes as well as development

CONCLUSION

 The book has many aspects that can be applied in every organization.
 It also includes planning, right decision making and development not only in the part
of the organization but also in the part of individual employee
 The book also cited the motivation and reward system as a vital role in the
development of an organization
 Organization is a multifactorial dimension, there are many aspects that can affect
and shape the organizational behavior
