Ground Services Performance

The station in Islamabad, Pakistan achieved a gold rating for the fiscal year 2019-2020 based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service performance indicators (SPIs). On-time performance targets were met for all measures. There was one incident of a controllable flight irregularity and six cases of controllable security offloads. Several KPI targets around baggage mishandling, security screening compliance, and customer service were also met or narrowly missed. All SPI measures reflecting operational errors or damage were at zero.
