LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED FOR PROJECT APPROVAL

 Title report by a Solicitor/Advocate (Non Encumbrance Certificate for last 13 years from DR
& SR office) with receipts [HDFC Ltd format]
 Sale Deed of the Landowner
 Prior Deed or Link Deed
 Development Agreement between Landowner and Developer
 Landowner -Developer Allocation (Specify the flats under landowners portion)
 Power of Attorney in favour of Developer executed by the landowner
 Latest tax receipts (Corporation / Municipality)
 In case the property is situated in the Municipal/ Panchayat Area, certified extract from the
Records of Right ( Porcha under the revisional settlement) or B.L.R.O. mutation in favour of the
owner or information from L.A. Collector.
 Copy of sanctioned Plan (full Set)
 Trade License
 Partnership Deed in case the developer is a partnership firm
 If the Developer is a Company (Memorandum & Articles of Association,Board Resolution &
Current Directors name along with address)
 Brochure of the project, if available
 Location Sketch
 Flat Chart as per hdfc format.
 Affidavit as per HDFC’s draft
 Bank Account details as per HDFC’s Format
 Passport size photograph & signature of all the partners/directors (Developer)
 Copy of PAN Card of the builder/Firm
 Draft of the Agreement for Sale to be executed with the flat buyers.
 On account of the property being mortgaged with any bank/institution:
(a) Specific mortgage release certificate with respect to the flat by the said
bank/institution

We understand that HDFC releases payment based on progress of construction,


based on the payment schedule mentioned below. We hereby confirm the same

After completion of foundation -15% of the cost of flat and car park.

After completion of ground Floor roof (First slab)casting 25% of total cost less
own contribution paid by your customer.
