2. We have not mortgaged/secured the above property in any manner with any
Bank/Financial Institution, for any loan that is availed by me/us or any of our firms/business
concerns.
3. The above property is absolutely free from all encumbrances.
4. In an event of us securing the above property to any Banks/Financial Instituion for
any loan that we may avail, we shall forthwith inform HDFC Limited of the same and we further
assure HDFC Limited that we shall not jeopardise the interest of any customer who has booked a
flat in the above scheme. We shall obtain release of these flats and ensure that the security in
favour of HDFC Limited is not affected in any way. We understand that HDFC Limited will approve
