JAVA SETTINGS HELP MANUAL

 Updated Java version (JAVA 8 Update 181 32-Bit) has to be installed.

 Adding of URL in java control panel:

Path:- control panel  programs  java  security tabedit site type URL
(https://eproc.hal-india.co.in)  click on Add  click on OK.

 Type the URL and click on Add.

 Before login process user needs to clear cache and Temp files in java
cache viewer.

 Cache files
 Temporary file and
 Clear the browser history.

 Procedure to Clear the cache files:

Path:- control panel  java control panel  general tab  click on view  select

the cache files and remove through this icon.

 You can select all cache files at once through ctrl + A shortcut and remove.

 Clear the temporary Files:

Path:- Control panel  java control panel  General  Setting  Delete Files
 check the all three option that is given there and  click on Ok.

LOGIN PROCEDURE:
 URL: https://eproc-hal-india.co.in
 Enter the User id and Password.
 Enter the user id.
 Enter the password.
 Click on Login.

 After clicking on ‘Login’ button the below screen appears, wait till the
file downloads If your system has latest java , then wait till PKI Base Security
page appears and if your system does not have latest Java click on “here link”
to download the latest JRE version.

 In Mozilla Firefox Browser, during first time Login when you click on
“Login” after entering the user Id and password the below screen appears.
Select “Open with” option and click on “OK”.

 Activate Java before selecting the certificate through “Select the Certificate”
option as shown below.
 Application will be Downloaded and Verified.

 Select the certificate and click on “Authenticate”.

 Enter the E-token password, after authenticating the certificate,


confirmation message will be appear on your screen, click on ok and re-
