Brief Lesson Plan in MAPEH 10 & CAT

I. Objectives:
At the end of the period, the students should be able to:
A. recall the things that they have learned in MAPEH for the 4th Quarter and CAT
B. practice honesty, discipline, and patience in taking the summative test
C. accomplish the summative test in time
II. Subject Matter:
A. Topic: MAPEH and CAT
B. Materials: Instructional Materials
C. References: N/A
III. Procedure:

Teacher’s Activity
A. Preparation:
 Greetings
 Housekeeping. (The teacher will observe cleanliness and orderliness of the class)
 Checking of the attendance
 Announcement:
- Collection of the books
B. Review:
 The teacher will let the students to browse their notes for 5 minutes
C. Lesson Proper:
 The teacher will share the lesson objectives to the class
 The teacher will rearrange the chairs (one chairs apart) for their summative test
 The teacher will not allow any kind of paper, notebook, and book/s on their arm
desk when taking their test
 The teacher will distribute the test papers for their summative test
 After their summative test, the teacher will collect the papers orderly
(alphabetically)

IV. Evaluation:
The class will be having their summative test for MAPEH and CAT
