DP3> Datum Point properties window appears.

Input DP Name as RPFS, It is


Required for Placing Vessel Clip

Click OK

DP4> Lock the vertical axis using middle click button by selecting the vertical centre line of equipment.

DP5> Locate the Datum Point to Bottom Tangential line of the vertical equipment (in this case).

DP6> Orient the Datum Point with “X-axis” in Vertical direction, “Y-axis” in North direction and “Z-axis” in East
direction.

DP6> Datum Point located at one end of the Horizontal equipment body. (eg. Horizontal Vessel / Exchangers
etc.)

DP7> Datum Point located at Bottom Tangential line of Column.
