Hope you’re all having a great day!


I have recently joined DRW Technologies as Vice President of Procurement. I am super excited to
work with you all and collectively take procurement process forward.
As you all are aware that we are seeing reduction in profits due to various market reasons, we have
decided to draft a new policy to reduce the procurement costs, which would help us revive profits.
In order to do that, I request all of you to send me the contacts valued at $250,000 or more at least 2
weeks before you plan to sign them with which I would be able to better analyse the situation.
Also, I understand that the next 4-6 months are going to be really busy, but I would really appreciate
if we can start working on this as quickly as possible to expedite the cost reduction process.
