    MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL FOR THE PLAINTIFFS

    The undersigned counsel on record for the Plaintiffs hereby manifests,


    that:

    1. He has been asked by his clients, through lead plaintiff Lowell Dueñas
    to withdraw as their counsel for this case;

    2. Considering that the choice of legal representation is their sole


    prerogative, the undersigned counsel moves for his relief as their
    counsel of record in accordance with Sec.26, Rule 138 of the Rules of
    Court;

    3. The undersigned assures the Court that this motion is done in good
    faith and is not intended to unnecessarily delay the proceedings of this
    case;

    WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed


    of the Honorable Court that the undersigned be relieved of his duties as
    counsel on record for the plaintiffs of this case.

    Other reliefs and remedies just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
