> Police Certificate: IEC program officials are satisfied that you have initiated the process to obtain an Australian National Police Certificate – Standard Disclosure – name check, issued exclusively by the Australian Federal Police. Please submit your documentation once it is available and complete. Immigration officials will be unable to finalize your IEC permit until the Police Certificate has been reviewed. Should additional time be required to submit this document, please provide an explanation letter indicating this need through the IRCC portal provided.

> Police Certificate: A complete Driver History Report from Victoria, issued by VicRoads. Please note, this document is two or more pages long, and all pages must be submitted. Please ensure to provide both the “Offences and Penalty” and the “Demerit Point Extract” sections.
Please be advised that it is not a requirement to be an Australian citizen, or to hold an
Australian or a Victoria-issued licence to obtain your Complete Driver History Report. Applicants who are unable to provide a Complete Driver History Report must provide evidence, issued by the VicRoads, stating that they have never held a driver’s license in that state.
For the country you currently live in, the Police Certificate must be issued no more than six months before you apply. For countries where you have lived for six consecutive months or more, the Police Certificate must be issued after the last time you lived in that country.
Please ensure to upload your Full Licence History Search into a “Police Certificate” Portal in your account.
