Application Letter Osa Uniform Exception
Application Letter Osa Uniform Exception
Greetings!
I respectfully wish to request for your kind approval in granting me an exemption from wearing
uniform this First Semester School Year 2019 - 2020 until the end of the semester. This is in line
with the On-The-Job Training Program that we will be having for our subject Industry Immersion
and Seminars listed on the curriculum of the College of Architecture.
We assure the school administration that we will always be properly and decently dressed while
inside the university premises. Attached herewith is a photocopy of our Certificate of Enrolment
which includes our detailed schedule.
Your consideration is highly appreciated. Thank you and to God be all the glory.
Respectfully yours,

development of our full potential, through exposure to the actual field work.
It will be an honor to be a part of your team and believe that with the help of your company, I would acquire
new skills and broaden my knowledge in this field.

Dear Sir/Madame,
As a part of the BS Architecture program of our college, students enrolled in this course must undergo an on-
the-job training. This would give them the chance to be exposed to the actual working environment and apply
the theories and principles they learned from their studies.
As a well-based company, we believe that you are our perfect partner in achieving the objectives of our ojt
program. In this connection, we would like to request your office to accommodate some of our students for
their training.
We would like to recommend our student, Jim Bryan E. Raz, to undergo 180 hours of office work plus 60
hours of construction work with a total of 240 hours on-the-job training in your company during the first
semester of the year. At the end of the training, we required our students to submit a narrative report
experience together with a certification and an evaluation of their performance in the company.
We are hoping for your positive response. Our university is looking forward to a continuous and harmonious
relationship with your company. Thank you and God Bless!
Sincerely Yours,
ADAMSON UNIVERSITY
