L-TYPE CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY

NOTE: Red Color means apply maximum care in performing the procedure.
Standard installation must be observed properly.

Mainbody Push Clamp Gasket Washer Fitting

1. Take off the clamping metal fitting and take each part from the mainbody

2. In cutting the external coating, be careful on the braided wire this must not be affected.

3. Insert the clamping metal fitting, Cut off the exernal coating at 23mm.
4. Insert the clamp.

5. Turn back the external braided wire and aluminum foil.


6. Cut off then at about 5mm.

7. Insert the push.


8. Cut off the tip of the dielectric.

9. Then make the taper shape on the edge of center conductor by file.

10. Insert the connected cable in the mainbody, Then hold the mainbody and cable immobility.
11. Fix the clamping metal fitting. Apply Torque = 8Nm.

Start

12. Wrap L-Type connector together with the IF Cable using Vinyl Tape.

First Layer

13. First Layer must be wrapped tightly.

Second Layer

14. Second Layer must be wrapped tightly.

Last Layer

14. Last Layer must be wrapped tightly.

15. In cutting the Vinyl Tape, scissor or cutting materials must be utilized.

16. By using Vinyl Tape, it can add more tight between the IF cable and L-Type connector.
