Type C Admixture (C 494/C 494M – 04)
【Description】
HA 100 is an admixture product that allows the concrete to rapidly condense and harden. The
product is a strong acid mixture solution, non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable. Flash setting
admixtures should be used in the project before the cement with the pilot test, select the best
dosage, can be used in large quantities. The product is widely used in shotcrete, grouting concrete
and repair reinforcement works.

【Uses】
The agent is suitable for spraying concrete construction in railway, highway, military, subway, city,
underground space construction, all types of tunnels, mines, slope protection and emergency
rescue projects, and has a wide range of applications.
【Advantages】

 The quick setting property allows: rapid work progress.


 The unique product formulation provides extremely fast setting coupled with continual early-age
strength development. Good long-term strength and durability are also achieved.
 HA 100 is a liquid product and thus provides easy handling as well as facilitating accurate
addition to the concrete
 Very low dust production and therefore a good working environment.
 Since the product is non-aggressive it provides improved working safety, reduced
environmental impact and lower handling costs.

【Typical dosage】
Add 3%-10% of the amount of cement is appropriate. The detection of this product is carried
out under the requirements of the national standard EN-196-1, the customer can be based on
the location of the environment and the use of raw materials for testing to find the best
amount.

【Use at other overdosing】
Dosages outside the normal range can be used to meet particular requirements. Please contact
Castech Technical Service Department for advice in these cases.

【Estimating】
200 liters drum and 1000 liters tank

【Storage】
The goods storage and transportation to prevent rain, sunlight and damaged containers; storage at
ambient temperature 0 ~ 25 ℃ storage conditions the shelf life of six months, the case of a small amount
of precipitation stirred before use, does not affect the results.
