1.Blocked paragraph – consists of lines which all begin flush
with the left margin.

of the left margin with all succeeding lines starting at the left
margin.

1. Open Margins Activity 4.


2. For each one of the paragraphs use the blocked, indented and hanging styles
paragraphs. {Format, Paragraph, Indentation, Special (none, first line, hanging)}
3. Double-space the paragraphs.
4. Select one of the paragraphs and use drop caps.
5. Using page margins set the all margins to 2 inches.
6. Spell-check the document.
7. Save this document as Margins 4.
