    1. Why did you choose education?

    I chose education because it is one of the noblest profession. I believe that in


    every students journey, I have the special part of who they became and will
    becone.

    2. What are the challenges that you’ve encountered in teaching?


    I have encountered many challenges and will still encounter as long as I am in
    the service.
    - Parents and students having different attitude.
    - Students who were caught withmarijuana,
    - changes in the system of accomplishing school forms.

    3. Are you going to recommend education/ teaching as a career to your


    students?
    Yes, to be honest salary of teacher will increase. Second, the feeling of fulfillment
    when students become succesful knowing that you are part of it.

    4. What is your Greatest achievement?


    Being almost 17 years in the service is already an achievement for me. Why?
    Because as a teacher who is dealing with different students having different
    attitude that are very difficult to handle, you will come to a point that you already
    want to quit. Staying in my Job despite of everything is my greatest achievement.
