1. Right click on the image and select Open with --> click on Paint.
This opens the file in MS Paint application.
2. On the menu bar at the top, Click on the Resize menu.
3. Change the percentages in the Resize box for both Vertical and Horizontal and click Ok. Make them both same or else the picture will not be proportionate.(eg. Vertical: 70% and Horizontal: 70% ). 4. On the menu bar at the top, Click the File menu , and then click Save As. 5. Change Save as type to JPEG (*.JPG;*.JPEG;*.JPE;*.JFIF) and Click Save.
