and the award has been passed by the Arbitrator.

In view of the same, the case files/documents which are with the Delhi
International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) may be collected by the parties
within 10 days of the receipt of this letter failing which the said case
file/documents will be weeded out by DIAC as under rules.
