Change of account assignment in PR without deleting the line item ( If No Subsequent

Document is Created) :

1) Step 1:

Change the Account assignment from Drop down list: make it ‘Q’ to ‘Blank’

After selection press enter. Account assignment will be reset


2) Step 2:

Now change the account assignment from ‘Blank’ to ‘Q’

System will ask for WBS element and fund center.

Please maintain only WBS ELEMENT, FUND CENTER & BUSINESS AREA.

System will automatically picked G/L and Commitment item.
