A SUCCESSFULL APPLICATION LETTER ACCOMPLISHES THREE TASKS:


 It catches the reader’s attention favorably.
 It convinces the reader that you are a qualified candidate for the job.
 It requests an interview.

THE BODY OF AN APPLICATION LETTER (BASED ON ADVERTISEMENT)

o First Paragraph :
 Tell the recipient why you are writing.
 Identify/mention the job you are applying for.
 How you heard about it/where you found the listing.
