Marcela: Hi nice to meet you, I am Marcela what are your names?

Lady: Hi I am Lady nice to meet you too.


Argenis: Hi I am Argenis, nice to meet you
Marcela: Ok, let´s start, tell me about your experience.
Lady: Well, I worked in Tigo Company for five years and in Claro Company too.
Argenis: I worked in bogota bank for two years, and I am working in uniminuto university
part time.
Marcela: Well sounds good and why do you want to work for us?
Lady: because I don´t have a job, and I know this bank is a great bank to work! with good
oportunities
Argenis: I Heard about this bank, I want to grow in my profession and this bank is the best
for me!
Marcela: Well tell me, what is your strength?
Lady: I am good at solving customer problems. I worked for 5 years in Customer Service
and I always enjoy helping people.
Marcela: And to you miss Argenis tell me what is your weakness?
Argenis: I consider I am not good with operative task, but I am working on it.

Marcela: miss Lady tell me would you be able to work in another city?
Lady: yes, no problem I can work
Marcela: and you miss Argenis
Argenis: Uhmm for me is difficult because of my baby.
Marcela: Ok the last question is; what is your salary expectations?
Lady: I want to earn 2,900,000 colombian pesos
Argenis: I want to earn 2,500.000.
Marcela: All right we will check your cv and we will call you, thanks for coming good
bye!
Lady: thank you good bye!
Argenis: bye bye thank you!
