attendance of the participants for SAP training programs is poor for the month of July’2019 and
communicated the absentees list . The same is herewith enclosed for taking necessary action.

In this regard, all the SEs/ Telecom are hereby directed to cause necessary instructions to
the employees working under their control to attend the training programs, as per the approved
schedules communicated by CTI without fail and to report in time for the trainings.

Further, any participant who is unable to attend particular training program due to field
exigencies or for any other emergencies, the same may be communicated to the CGM
(HRD)/TSTRANSCO/VS in advance under intimation to this office.

It is to inform that, Gajwel- Bhoopalapally(KTPP) line is making LILO at
Chandulapur LI Sub-station. In view of the above, Telecom equipment is going to be commissioned
by Company personnel at KTPP on 29.12.2018 and concerned TSTRANSCO Engineers also
attending the above works.
It is learnt that, in many times permission to enter in Main Control Room at KTPP to
our TSTRANSCO Engineers and company personnel taking lot of time. Due to that, work is
hampering. attending the In order to meet charging requirements of Chandulapur LI Sub-station
to be ceiling limits stipulated for payment of monthly Cellular bills of all the eligible employees
of all cadres are still in force according to the T.O.O. 2 nd cited above (i.e.
500/625/875/1275/1275 to AE/ADE/DE/SE/CE) irrespective of prevailing tariff rates
communicated vide T.O.O 4th cited above.

Further, other charges levied on monthly cell one bills in addition to the monthly
rental of existing plan should be made according to the T.O.O 3rd cited above.
