    MANIFESTATION

    I, MUSA B. HADJI ABDULFATTAH, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of Bayabao, Butig,
    Lanao del Sur upon my oath, do hereby depose and state – That:

    1. I am the same Musa B. Hadji Abdulfattah who is named as the BUYER of a motor
    vehicle described as follows:

    Make: Mitsubishi Serial No. : PAEA13NJJJA005351


    Model: 2018 Motor No.: 3A92UHD4034
    Type: Sedan Plate No.: KAC7218
    Color: Majestic Red

    2. On August 7, 2019 Zarra A. Macalutas and I entered into a transaction for the sale of
    the aforesaid vehicle entitled Deed of Sale of Motor Vehicle dated August 7, 2019, a
    copy of which is attached herein as Annex “A”.

    3. That despite the execution of the foregoing document, I, Musa B. Hadji


    Abdultafattah, hereby manifest that there was actually no sale that occurred
    between the me and Zarra A. Macalutas.

    4. The Deed of Sale of Motor Vehicle was only executed to allow Mrs. Macalutas to
    enjoy the taxi franchise that was awarded to me by providing a way for her vehicle
    to carry my franchise as taxi operator.

    5. That even with the Deed of Sale of Motor Vehicle executed on August 7, 2019, I,
    Musa B. Hadji Abdulfattah, hereby acknowledge that I cannot perform any act of
    ownership over said vehicle such as physical possession thereof, or offering it for
    sale to anyone, or mortgaging the vehicle to any financial institution and such other
    acts of ownership.

    6. That should Zarra A. Macalutas decide to stop using my franchise as taxi operator, I,
    Musa B. Hadji Abdulfattah, hereby commit to transfer the said vehicle to her by way
    of a Deed of Absolute Sale.

    7. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing, and for whatever
    legal purpose it may serve.
