Analysis:
The information above shows that our store DM/PM MO’KO offers affordable
price, has complete set of supplies and it is near at the school. But we are not yet
popular and lack of resources. There’s a lot of co contributors so we should expand our
store. We can supply in a smaller stores that also sell school supplies and We can
decorate our store by using recycled materials to encourage people to buy at our store.

Planning:

Plan 1:
Collect recycled materials for the decoration.
Plan 2:
Promote products using social media and in personal.
Plan 3:
Continuous expantion of the store.
