This review form is intended to complete an employee's six-month review at FIL Group by having the employee provide information on their key responsibilities and goals for the next six months, achievements in the past six months, challenges faced, and assistance needed from management. The employee's manager will then comment on the employee's responses and confirm if the probationary period has been satisfactorily completed. The form is also used to record meetings between the employee and manager.
