TITLE: MATCHY MATCHY!

 The class (individual) will match the words to the corresponding meaning.

TITLE: PASS THE MESSAGE

 The class will be divided into two groups. The representative will be given a piece
of paper with message to pass on until the last member. The last member will
reveal the message to everyone. Each group will be given five minutes to
prepare.

Answer: Learning objectives give directions to what students should achieve after
instruction.

ABSTRACTION:

TITLE: I Believe!

 The learners (by group) will pretend that they are in a declamation contest. They
will be given same topic to depend. Each group will have five minutes to prepare.
The representative must deliver their answer in their best.

 QUESTION: Why it is important to articulate learning objectives in the classroom.

 RUBRICS FOR ASSESSING GROUP ACTIVITY


 Authentic Assessment: (Teacher-made Rubrics)

5 – All members participated actively during the planning and presenting.


100% of the instruction were followed;
The group presented very well.

4 – 75% of the members participated well in the activity.


80% of the instruction were followed;
The group presented not so well.

3 – 50% of the members participated well in the activity.


50% of the instruction were followed;
The group presented not so well.

2 – At least the group had planned but not presented.

1 – The group did not come up with any.

APPLICATION:

TITLE: GIVE ME FIVE…

 The learners (by group) will be given a sheet of paper and collaborate their ideas
to define SEMANTIC KNOWLEDGE and EPISODIC KNOWLEDGE in their own, and
give five examples of each knowledge. Each group will be given five minutes to
prepare.

Answer: Any possible answers.

SEMANTIC KNOWLEDGE- refers to a portion of long-term memory that


processes ideas and concept that are not drawn from personal
experiences. Basic facts acquired over a lifetime.
Examples
1. Names of colors
2. The sounds of the letters
3. Colors of the rainbow
……

EPISODIC KNOWLEDGE- refers to a memory of personal experiences and


specific events, including location, time, and emotion.
Examples
1. Your first day of school
2. Birthday party
3. Graduation day
…..

 The learners (individual) will define KNOWLEDGE based on what they have
learned on our lesson. Minimum of three sentences.
