- Add new significant issues on the problem solving board.
- Assign the owned for new issue.

Purpose: The purpose of this meeting is to review customer satisfaction data. Customer
issues, Liaison Issues and Internal quality issues found in manufacturing.
Make assignments as required and Drive the issues to closure.

Required Attendance: Leadership, Quality, Manufacturing,Mainteance and other functions involved in


the listed issues.

Instructions: All attendees list are to printed in the left column and write their initials for each
corresponding day when attending a meeting.
