    10. Force Majeure : We shall not in any way be liable or held responsible for delay in
    delivery, erection & commissioning or non-delivery of the equipment or any part thereof or for
    any loss or damage suffered by you on account of delay caused in manufacturing components by
    manufacturer and dealers from an act of God, act of state, frost, strome, earthquake, fire, flood,
    strike, lockout, delay in govt. approval for imports, clearance by customs, labour unrest, power
    cuts, accident, direct or indirect consequences of war declared/undeclared , hostility, National
    emergency, disorganization of transport or breakdown of machinery and other force majeure
    conditions beyond the scope of supplier.

    11. Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in the city of
    Coimbatore

    EXCLUSIONS

    1. Buyer shall do all type of civil work including those of minor nature
    2. Plastering over ceiling and floors etc.
    3. All types of structural including access platforms, ladders, walkways, railing etc unless
    otherwise specified in our offer.
    4. All types of drains, cable and other trenches, machine drains etc.
    5. All types of Cable trays.
    6. All onward piping from our equipment to other areas
    7. All electrical work up to incomer of our machine. Our Remote panel shall not include any
    starters, Contactor etc. The same shall be provided by buyer in main Control panel.
    8. All utility pipes, insulation to pipes, fittings and electrical work outside our machine.
    9. Laboratory equipment and other miscellaneous equipment as may be required.
    10. Electricity, water, office space & lockage storage space as may be required.
    11. Power supply of 230+/-5%, 50 Hz, ph AC to be supplier to our machine.
    12. Manpower for operation of plant during commissioning to be arranged by buyer.
    13. “Free of Cost” Lodging, Boarding, and to & from site traveling arrangement shall be made
    by buyer.
    14. Any other equipment or service not specifically mentioned in our offer.
