    Price: CIF Manila, VAT INCLUSIVE
    Payment : 30 Days
    DELIVERY:
    1. On stock, partial delivery allowed. Balance, subject for importation 60-90 days upon receipt of P.O
    2. Free delivery within Metro Manila for minimum of P10,000.00 otherwise a corresponding delivery charge applies.
    3. Free commisioning of equipment provided that all stub-out, electrical and water utilities are within ONE (1) METER from equipment.
    4. For service/installation to be rendered on units installed outside Metro Manila, actual transportation, accommodation,
    meal allowance and per diem of our service technician(s) or service partners will be charged to client's account.
    5. All shipping/ crating fees shall be in the account of the client.

    WARRANTY:
    1. All processing, cooking & refrigeration equipment are warranted for a period of six (6) months / service one (1) year.
    2. All glasses, rubbers, plastics, bulbs and removable/ lost and consumable materials and parts are not included in the warranty.
    3. Client must provide a sufficient (AVR) for all refrigeration/ motorized units, to avoid damage from fluctuations.
    4. Shall a unit be repaired and serviced by a third party technician within the warranty period, warranty shall be null and void.
    5. Warranty commences from the date of delivery, against inherent factory defects and faulty workmanship.
