Activity #1: SELF-CONCEPT INVENTORY

Take a look at your own self-concept and answer the following self-concept inventory in your journal.
Give yourself a rating using the scale:

0 = very weak; 1 = weak 2 = somewhat weak or somewhat strong 3 = strong 4 = very strong
