OVERVIEW

● In an effort to reduce the pilot plant equipment and fabrication cost, Kiverdi engaged GP
Strategies to conduct value engineering. GP Strategies reviewed the engineering package from
Zeton and submitted a proposal to retrofit the 150-liter bioreactor purchased by Kiverdi as a part
of the pilot plant. GP Strategies provided an estimate that was approximately $300K lower than
Zeton’s proposal.

● The GP Strategies founded in 1966 as the General Physics Corporation (GP). Before that, it was
known as National Patent Development Corporation (NPDC).
