Context Of The organisation


 To enhance the Production capacity 5% by the end F.Y. 2018-2019 by Commissioning of New Automatic
Machine.
 To increase Turnover 5% by the end of F.Y. 2018-2019 by addition of new customers and direct supplies to
Bajaj Electricals Ltd. And other MNC’s

Herein are the Primary “Issues” that affect or can affect,

S. No. Internal Issue Actions taken for Mitigation


1. Workers Absence Sufficient Manpower has been recruited to facilitate absence.
Employee Motivation schemes have been initiated to minimize the workers
absence.
Multi skilling is being promoted in the manufacturing.
2. Product Non-compliance Error Proofing Techniques are being implemented to prevent internal
rejections.
Non conformances are monitored, reviewed and actions are taken based on
Root cause analysis to minimize the non-confirming products.
3. Maintenance Issues Inventory of Spares is maintained. Periodic Preventive Maintenance is
ensured. Availability of competent maintenance Team
4. Poor customer satisfaction Customer complaints are handled effectively to prevent occurrence.

1. Late Delivery of Material from Sufficient Inventories of Raw Materials (Master Batch and Plastic Granules) is
Suppliers maintained to meet any emergency situations or to avoid late delivery.
Orders are placed in advance to prevent late delivery.
Storage facility has been created for Raw Material.
2. Changes in Govt. Policy Changes in govt. Policies shall be met.
3. Supply chain disruption Alternate suppliers have been selected and approved to meet contingency
purposes.
4. Competitive pressures Technology upgradation is being implemented to be competitive by reducing
the manufacturing costs.
5. Natural disasters Buildings have been made to meet any natural disasters like earthquakes,
heavy rains etc.

Frequency of Review: At least Once in a Year or as and when required.
