Sprint Backlog
Product Owner The product owner does not have to say to that we have four sprints
left the role of product owner is to motivate the team with clear and
elevating goal but on the other hand good manager is managing the all
sprints. Ensuring that the good return on investment (ROI) is generating
from all the sprints.
Scrum Master Scrum Master helps the team to reach the consensus. Removes the
impediment.
Development Team Development teams plays a critical role in sprint backlog because they
are responsible for the identification of task and prioritizing them.
To obtain the level of the confidence the development team members
make reasonable commitment, the team members creates second
backlog this is called sprint backlog.
Daily Scrum meeting During the daily scrum meetings questions are asked. In this we usually
identify the tasks.
1) What did you do yesterday?
2) What to do today?
3) Are there any hindrance in your way?
Sprint Planning meeting Sprint backlog describes through the set of the tasks, those tasks are
identified in the sprint planning meeting. How is the team supposing to
build, integrate, design and test the selected features.
Sprint Review meeting When the tasks are identified. Now in the end when each and
everything is compact and ready. Sprint review meeting is necessary.
Sprint review meetings are fathom for sprint backlog.
Sprint Retrospective Create an action plan for our top priorities order list and allocate the
meeting time required to improve our actions.
Product Backlog Prioritizing the tasks. Estimation of tasks, the items required, the
reprioritizing, refining and deletion of unnecessary tasks.
Openness Limiting a sprint or less promotes an openness to changing direction
based on new information. The factor of the transparency also plays
key role in the openness.
Courage In sprint backlog team members should accept the changes in task and
show courage to adaption and for identification of new task.
Commitment In sprint backlog each and every member is committed regarding the
identifications of the task and daily work and review the previous
commitments.
Focus Sprint backlog cannot change during the sprint. It is necessary to focus
on implementing the committed tasks.
Respect In sprint backlog you have to respect each and every one perspective
and their work.
