About iTunes

iTunes is the best way to enjoy your digital music and video with your PC, iPod, iPhone
and Apple TV.

Use iTunes to import CDs or download songs and videos from the iTunes Store. Make
playlists perfect for any occasion. Burn playlists to CDs and play them on your home
stereo. Sync your media with iPod or iPhone to enjoy it on the go, or play your collection
on your TV with Apple TV.

What's new in iTunes 7.4.3

With iTunes 7.4, sync your favorite music and more with the new iPod nano (third
generation), iPod classic, and iPod touch, plus create custom ringtones exclusively for
iPhone with many of your favorite songs purchased from the iTunes Store. You can now
also play purchased videos with closed captioning (when available), easily rate your
favorite albums from one to five stars, and watch videos at a larger size inside the
iTunes window.

iTunes 7.4.3 addresses issues with the initial setup of the iPod touch on some
international versions of Windows.

System requirements
iTunes 7.4.3 requires a PC with a 500MHz Pentium-class processor, 256MB of RAM,
Windows XP or 32-bit editions of Windows Vista, and a QuickTime-compatible audio
card. Windows XP Service Pack 2 or 32-bit editions of Windows Vista are
recommended. To use iPhone with iTunes, Windows XP Service Pack 2 or later is
required.

To play purchased videos from the iTunes Store, iTunes 7.4.3 requires a PC with a
2GHz Pentium-class processor, 512MB of RAM, and at least 32MB of video RAM.

Syncing movies, increased-quality TV shows, music videos, and iPod Games requires a
fifth generation iPod with software version 1.2 or later. Some iPod Games may not be
compatible with the third generation iPod nano and iPod classic. Syncing ringtones
requires an iPhone with software version 1.1 or later.

Nike + iPod requires the Nike + iPod Sport Kit, an iPod nano with software version 1.2 or
later, and Nike+ ready shoes. To see your workout data on nikeplus.com, you must have
an Internet connection and a free Nike.com account. For more information, visit
www.apple.com/nikeplus.

To create audio, MP3, or backup CDs with iTunes, your PC must have an iTunes-
compatible CD or DVD recorder. To back up your library to a DVD, your PC must have
an iTunes-compatible DVD recorder.

AirPort Express with AirTunes requires an 802.11b or 802.11g wireless network adapter,
and a compatible stereo system or powered speakers. Playing your music with one or
more AirPort Express Base Stations requires AirPort Express Firmware 6.3 or later.
Some ISPs may not be compatible with AirPort Express. For more information, visit
www.apple.com/airportexpress.
If you plan to use the iTunes Store, a broadband Internet connection is recommended.
