    MOTION TO RESET HEARING

    COMES NOW Plaintiff, through the undersigned counsel and


    unto the Honorable Court most respectfully avers:

    1. That the above-captioned case is scheduled to be heard on


    December 4, 2018 at 2:00 in the afternoon;

    2. That however, the 2nd witness for the Plaintiff hereby


    regretfully informs the Honorable Court that he cannot
    attend the said hearing since he has a pre-scheduled work-
    related trip out of town;

    3. That due to the above-predicament, the undersigned counsel


    is constrained to respectfully reset the hearing of the instant
    case to another date, subject to the availability of the
    Honorable Court’s calendar;

    4. That this motion is made in good faith and not intended to


    delay the proceedings but solely for the foregoing reason.

    WHEREFORE, in the interest of justice, it is most


    respectfully prayed that the hearing set on December 4, 2018 be
    cancelled and reset to another date, subject to the availability of
    the Honorable Court’s calendar.
    Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
