Alpha Beta Question

This survey questionnaire is being used to evaluate a web application trading system for agricultural products. It is being administered to 4th year information technology students at Jose Rizal University as part of their degree program. The survey is based on the ISO 9126 international standard for software evaluation and is being used for both the alpha and beta testing processes of the trading system application. It contains questions that rate different aspects of the application's functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, portability, and maintainability on a scale of 1 to 5.

Alpha Beta Question

This survey questionnaire is based on ISO 9126 an international standard for software evaluation
for the Alpha Testing Process of WEB APPLICATION TRADING SYSTEM FOR
AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS evaluation, conducted by the following 4th year students in
partial fulfilment of the degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.

Maturity – have most of the faults in the system been eliminated

Fault Tolerance – is the system capable of handling errors?
Recoverability – can the system resume working and restore lost
data after failure?
USABILITY
Understandability – does the user comprehend how to use the
system easily?
Learnability – can the user learn how to use the system easily?
Operability – can the user use the system without much effort?
Attractiveness – does the interface look good?
EFFICIENCY
Time Behaviour – how quickly does the system respond?
Resource Utilization – does the system utilize resources efficiently?
PORTABILITY
Adaptability – can the system be moved to other environments?
Conformance – does the system comply with portability standards?
MAINTAINABILITY
Analyzability – can faults be easily recognized?
Changeability – can the system be easily modified?
Stability – can the system continue functioning if changes are made?
Testability – can the system be tested easily?
