Course Name Individual and Dual Games/Sports

Course Credits 2 Units


Course Description The Physical Education 3 studies about the Individual/Dual Sports like badminton, table tennis, lawn tennis, billiards and other sports played by one or two players on each
team.

Course Outcomes By the end of the semester, a student completing this course should at the minimum

1. Understand the definition of Individual and dual games/sports.


2. Acquire knowledge about the different sports played in individual and dual games/sports.
3. Learn the brief history of the different individual and dual games/sports.
4. Identify the different equipment used in individual and dual games/sports.
5. Gain knowledge about the rules and regulations of the games.
6. Identify the officiating officials and their responsibilities.
7. Participate actively in playing badminton.

1. No Special Examination will be administered unless an excuse letter from parent/ guardian or medical certificate noted by the guidance counselor and class adviser is
presented
2. Cheating, during examination, will be given a score of 5.0.
3. Use a Cellular phones and eating are not allowed during class sessions.
4. Attendance will be checked every meeting.
5. Wearing of school ID is a must except during practice sessions/students activity and mini tournament.
