RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Rental Agreement is made and executed on this the 13 th day of March,
2015 at Visakhapatnam, by and between:

Mr. NIDUMOLU GOPAL S/o. Apparao, age about 45 years, Occupation:


Employee Flat no 104, Vivek Towers. Narsimha Towers, Visakhapatnam-
530016, Andhrapradesh, India., herein after called the “the landlord” (Which
expression shall mean and include all his heirs, representatives, Nominees,
administrators and Assigns etc.)
AND

M/s.___________________, Represented By its Partner Mr.


___________________________________India. herein After Called The “Tenant”
(Which expression shall mean and include all his legal heirs, representatives,
nominees, administrators and assignees etc.) on the second part.

Whereas the First Part/Landlord is the absolute owner and possessor of , D NO 48-8-
6, FF2, N.G.R.Towers, Dwaraka Nagar, I-Lane, Visakhapatnam-530016,
Andhrapradesh, India.

And the Second Part/Tenant herein approached to the First Part/Landlord with a
request to take on rent/lease the above flat/house on rental basis on the following
terms and conditions.

NOW THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

1. That this Rental Agreement will be in force for a period of 11 Months.

2. That this Rental Agreement commences from 06th Day of April 2015.
3. That this First Part/Landlord has agreed to let out the above said Flat/House to
the Second Part/Tenant and the Second Part taken the possession of the said
premises.

4. That the Monthly rent shall be fixed at Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five
hundred only) per month which shall be paid on or before 10 th of every month
without fail.
5. That the Second Part/Tenant has paid a sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five
Thousand only) as a Security as a Cash, on 10th Day of Feb 2015, which shall
be refundable at the time of vacation of the Flat/House.

6. That the said premises will be utilized for Commercial/Self-employment


purpose or any other purpose with the consent of First part/Landlord only by
the Second part/Tenant.
7. That the Second Part/Tenant shall not let out the portion or any part of the
premises to any Third Party.
8. That the Tenant shall pay the Electricity and Water charges and Maintenance
charges from the date of this agreement and handover the receipts to the First
Part/Landlord for their records.

9. That the Second Part/Tenant shall not make any addition or alteration to the
existing structure of the premises without the consent of the First
Part/Landlord.
10. That the Second Part/Tenant shall keep the premises in neat and habitable
condition.
11. That the Second Part/Tenant shall not make any objection for the periodical
inspection by the Landlord or their representative.
12. That Rental Agreement can be renewed and executed a fresh at each time of
extension of tenancy with increase of rent by 5% on then existing rent.
13. That this Rental Agreement can be terminated with 2 (Two) months notice on
either side.
