Farming is the major way of living in our region and even in our province, Zamboanga Sibugay. Planting rice and corn as
our major crops. It will be harvested every three to four months. Farmers and their family earned there living through farming.
The family members help in cultivating the land. The Father will be the one to plow the soil through the use of carabao, while
mother and their children prepare food. The mother will wake up early to cook food and will bring it to their farm where father is
working. Although living simply, the farmer loves his farm so much.
ESP: We need to love our farm, because it is our way of earning a living.
D.Discussing new concepts and Today, we are going to study punctuations used in every statement. When the statement is giving information we will use period
practicing new skills #1 as its punctuation mark, but when a statement is asking question, we will use a question mark.
The teacher will show these sets of Sentences
The first sentence is giving information that the farm has green crops; the punctuation mark to be used is period.
Sentence number 2 is also giving information; the punctuation mark to be used is period.
While sentences number 3 and 4 are asking questions, the punctuation mark to be used for these sentences is question mark.
The last sentence is also giving information that the farm is big and clean; the punctuation mark to be used is period
