- Copy the file "License-AV.dat" and "Ext-AV.dat" to:


32-bit: "C:\Program Files\Common Files\IObit\Advanced SystemCare"
64-bit: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\IObit\Advanced SystemCare"

- Add in your hosts file "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\" the lines below or


block with firewall (ASC.exe)
