management system
From a single hotel in May 2013 to over 4500+
hotels at present, it has been an inspiring journey from a
smart idea to India’s largest branded network of hotels with the
dream of becoming the world’s largest branded network of
hotels.

Objectives:-
✓.To know the reasons how OYO rooms became so
successful in a very short period of time.
✓.To know the efficient management system of OYO
rooms.
Research methodology:-
The research follows descriptive research method.
Descriptive study aims at portraying accurately the
characteristics of OYO rooms. Research includes fact,
findings & enquiries of different kinds. The major
purpose of my research is to do the detailed study , the
reasons of the success of OYO.

✓. We found that by regular interactions with the guests,


we are able to resolve the issues in no time and ensured
their stay.

✓. We found that maintaining good relations with all


internal & external stakeholders helps in smooth
conductions of Operations.

✓. We found that major concern for all guests were :

✓. OYO should give more focus on Demographic
Condition , Market & Geographic Condition like
Demand, Supply, Business, Location, and Clients
as they vary from city to other city.

✓. OYO should go for short stay.

✓. As a suggestion, OYO must go for Shrine Board


for Yatra Parchi.
